The Work Profile is a free feature in your WeAfrica app that makes it easy to separate payment methods when riding for business and pleasure. Every time you pay for a ride using your Work Profile a pre-filled digital receipt will go straight to an email of your choice.

Open the WeAfrica app, go to Expense your rides, and follow the simple onscreen steps to get going. Add your work email and payment method and you’re ready to ride for work.
You can connect your company’s expense system (such as SAP® Concur® and Rydoo) so that all receipts for your WeAfrica rides will be forwarded on to the expense provider.
The advantage of driving on the WeAfrica platform is that you can make money on your schedule — which makes it the perfect side hustle. There are no minimum hours, drive all week or just in the evenings or at weekends. Earn extra income whenever you need it. You’re the boss!
Our payment cycle runs from Monday 00:00 to the following Sunday at 23:59, after which you’ll receive a balance statement. If you’re due a payout, you’ll receive it on a weekly basis — no need to wait until the end of the month.
