Yes, we offer contactless food and grocery delivery. Just add the delivery instructions in the checkout window, and your order will be dropped off at your doorstep. Contactless delivery is not possible in the following circumstances:

• Orders where cash payment needs to be made;
• Orders where your ID needs to be checked.

If you have any problems with your food or grocery delivery, please contact us through the WeAfrica Food app. Choose the order in question and tap the “Get help” button. Please provide a picture of the received order and a description of the issue experienced.

Delivery times depend on the restaurant or store, the time of day, traffic, inclement weather and the distance to your location. But WeAfrica Food couriers will always get your order to you as soon as possible.

You can place multiple simultaneous orders using your WeAfrica Food app. Once you have placed your order from one restaurant or store, you’re free to place an order with a different restaurant or store. Note: It’s not possible to purchase items from different restaurants or stores in a single same basket.
